Hi,

I want to have a formula which checks cell D23.

If d23 >=0.01 and <0.1 then d25 = 1
If d23 >=0.001 and <00.1 then d25 = 2
If d23 >=0.0001 and <00.1 then d25 = 3
If d23 >=0.00001 and <000.1 then d25 = 4
