Whelp, looks like I'm stuck again.
Thanks to all who helped get the counts earlier. Much appreciated.
But like all reports once you get a proof of concept done, everything changes.
Now they are wanting to calculate both the number of unique documents that were actual within a given month as well as the number of details. The export I'm using gives both in one file. The earlier solution worked fantastic for the number of details...but I'm struggling with the number of unique docs.
Doc Number Schedule Actual Projected DOC-03 DOC-03 DOC-01 16-May-13 16-May-13 DOC-01 16-May-13 16-May-13 DOC-01 16-May-13 16-May-13 DOC-01 16-May-13 16-May-13 DOC-06 DOC-06 DOC-05 16-May-13 16-Jun-13 DOC-05 16-May-13 16-Jun-13 DOC-02 16-May-13 16-May-13 DOC-02 16-May-13 16-May-13 DOC-06 DOC-06
There's more detail to each row to make them all unique...and that may come into play later..but for right now, this is all the columns I'm currently looking at.
Any ideas on how to count the number of unique docs? I've attached a sample spreadsheet using the above data.
