I am trying to write a function that does F3-F4. However the trick is that I want the values it give me to be minimum of 0% and a maximum of 7%.
Do any of you have any idea of how to do it?

=MIN(7%,MAX(F3-F4,0))

Which is the expected results? Anything between 0-7?
