Turn cell A1 blue if any cells between $L$6:$Q$9 are blue

Is it possible to do conditional formatting where if one cell in a range of cells turns blue then cell A1 will turn blue as well?

If the cells in the range L6:Q9 use conditional formatting to turn blue then you can use the same formatting rule to turn cell A1 blue.
