LOOKUP amd SUBTRACTION! HOW?!

Hi Guys,

I'm still working on this project that would save my time on stock checks, how ever I can't find the right formula for subtracting used stuff from stock. Every time I play around with LOOKUP or IFERROR I hit a brick wall...Wrong cells Can anybody help me please? See attached
