Changing SUMIFS formula from word to word in a cell location

Hi

I have a database that I am trying to make universal, at the moment it is set to search for one particular set of machine on one line, but I would like to be able to change the machine names on one tab and the rest of the formulas would automatically change the output graphs.

Below is the formula I have, but I would like to change machine name (Tech1) to a cell location on another tab so it would get the machine name from there.

=SUMIFS(Downtime!F2:F10000,Downtime!B2:B10000,"Tech1",Downtime!G2:G10000,"2",Downtime!A2:A10000,">="&G3,Downtime!A2:A10000,"<="&H3)

Brilliant thanks, for some reason i kept in the "" when i tried!

I'm very new to Excel, only been using it a few weeks so still learning the basics!
