MSN Stock Quotes plugin stopped working (June 2013)

My MSN Stock Quote Excel plugin stopped working a few days ago (around June 18, 2013).
(using with Excel 2003)
Now I get #Value for almost every quote, including new ones in a new spreadsheet.
A handful of symbols still work. For example GOOG works, but AAPL and MSFT don't work.

Does anyone else have a problem like this?

Also, is there any other way to get stock quotes into Excel (any version of Excel)?

I'm having the identical problem. Wish I had a solution as this is a valuable feature to me.

Yes me too this is the only way I have ever found to get stock prices into a spreadsheet. I wonder why some symbols still work?

For US stocks if you replace "US" in the equation - MSNStockQuote("IBM","Last Price","UK") - with anything else it seems to work.

Thanks Tom for the tip about "UK". That works well for US stocks (MSFT, AAPL etc.).
I can't get it working for Canadian stocks (like ZWB). Curiously, the Canadian stocks don't say #VALUE, they say "---"

Is there anywhere that we should be reporting this bug, just so that they know people still use this plugin?

yes I'm sure MSFT has a bug system but I have never used it...

Using a null string works as well. So instead of MSNStockQuote("IBM","Last Price","UK") it appears that MSNStockQuote("IBM","Last Price", "") is acceptable. I don't know if there is a downside to this or not.

Yes, nul string works nicely (for US stocks). Still no solution for currencies e.g. /EURUS or Canadian (or other country) stocks

Appears to be mostly not working today. Some results are returned while other aren't. Very strange.

Though I still can't figure out why some of my mutual funds populate and not others.

I read a recommendation elsewhere to use "USA". This has worked pretty reliably for the last couple of days. I have one security where is unable to return the last trade value but otherwise I'm getting all the data I requested on 70 to 80 securities.

I'm still not able to get any Canadian stocks, or FX quotes like /CHFUS

I enrolled simply to thank you all for this work-a-round. It was curious how it simply stopped working.
