Compare Sheet1 and Sheet 2 and Remove Matching Records from Sheet1

Hello,

I have a workbook with 2 worksheets. Both sheets contain name and address information. They both contain First, Last, Address1 and City. Sheet 1 has about 52,000 records and Sheet 2 has about 2280 records. I need to compare the 2 sheets to find any records that are the same on both sheets and then need to remove the records that are the same from Sheet 1. In other words remove any matching records from Sheet 1 that also exist on Sheet 2. For example:

Sheet 1
John Doe 123 Main St Thistown
Pete Moss 789 That St Mytown
Jane Public 111 This St Hertown

Sheet 2
John Doe 123 Main St Thistown
Bob Zip 999 Your St Anytown
Dave Pop 777 Home St Histown

When looking at the 2 sheets the matching records are
John Doe 123 Main St Thistown
I would need to remove this record from Sheet 1.

I’m not really sure how to go about accomplishing this task. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It could be done by a macro. Which column do you use for comparison purpose? It would have been easier if you could attach a sample.

Unfortunately I can't attach the spreadsheet becuse it contains real customer information and it would take me a long time to create a sample spreadsheet. But I will look into using a macro as you have suggested. Thank you for your response.
