I have two sheets:

One sheet has a date column with all dates from 01/01/1992 and then 4 other columns that have weather data by date (temp, relative humidity, wind speed, precip).

The second sheet has a date column from 01/01/1992 (some dates are missing and some have duplicates) and then 4 other columns that have unique values specific to wildland fire.

I'm trying to create a formula that says something like - if sheet one date = sheet two date then sheet one colum 5 = sheet 2 column 2.

Hope that makes sense. I have a history of wildland fire for an area and I'm trying to match up weather indices by the day from two sheets.
