Formula for 2nd and 4th Friday of the month

Hello, I have timesheets, and I would like to calculate the period end, given the period start. Timesheets are turned in ever second and fourth friday of the month, so they always start on the saturday after one of those days. For example, if the period start is the saturday after the fourth friday, the end should be the second friday of the net monday.

For the date of the 2nd Friday in June 2013:

=CEILING(A2-DAY(A2)+1-6,7)+13

For the date of the 4th Friday in June 2013:

=CEILING(A2-DAY(A2)+1-6,7)+27
