How can I place both percentage and dollar in one cell?

Hi,
I am having trouble placing both percentage and dollar in one cell.
The homework instruction is as follows:
(Use Vlookup function. Find the commission percentage and $ of commission in one calculation in one cell per fabric. Do not have 1 cell for the commission percentage and another for the commission.)

And here is the table and lookup table:

Try this formula:

=G5 & " " & VLOOKUP(G5,K1:L4,2,FALSE)

You can put anything you like between the quotes.

I don't get it.
That gives me some number, not both the percentage and the number.
Is that even possible in excel?
