SUMPRODUCT with multiple criteria

As per attached sample, I would like to know how many Wins (W) a specific Team has had if the
RAN (Round) is greater than 18. The formula I have tried in the sample gives me a zero when I know it should be 2.
Thank you to anyone who can correct the formula for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
