Comparing two cells for similarities and output a third cell (if C1 = B1, then output A1)

    Hello ExcelForum!

I've got (what I hope) is a simple formula that I need to develop. I'm trying to compare individual cells in two columns. If any cell in column C is equal to any cell in column B, then I'd like it to return the value of Column A (the value directly next to Column B). I am trying to hold the relationship that the value of A1 is tied to the value of B1 (and A2 is tied to B2, etc).

I've attached a small sample that hopefully helps.

I need something very similar to this but I need to easily see all the ones that don't match in one column.

If B1 does not equal A1 then output A1 to C1

Then I'll have a column that I can just copy and paste with a list of the ones that don't match.
