If statement construct logic matching flights

Not sure if this is possible, but i am hoping someone can answer this for me.

Book1.xls

In the above file, I want to do a search where it reproduces the results if a match is made. In this example, i want results for searching departure equals phx and arrival equals sea. I also want any connection between the two such as phx-sfo then sfo-sea.

So the results should be as follows-
phx sea 1 2
phx sfo 3 4
sfo sea 7 8

This can be done, but it can quickly become very complex if you accept more than one connection leg. Is is only single connections you are looing for (ie only 1 stop over)?
