I am looking to do the following.
1) Look up Sales Japan- then in a cell list the following
- Executive: 0
- Manager:0
- Worker:0
2) Look up Sales Mexico
- Executive: 0
- Manager:2
- Worker:12
Ideally the output will be all in one cell
The three Executive, Manager and Worker may change, so there will always be a list of three following each Business Unit.

=sumproduct(($c$6:$c$8=$c6)*($d$3:$f$3=d$3)*(d$5:d$8)) ??

Brilliant, but how do I add the role as well "Executive" rather than just looking up the number.
