Find overlaps

I need to find values that appear at least times in 6 different columns.

So I have a column called overlap - in this column I need the actual value to be shown if it has appeared more than two times. It cannot simply say Yes if it has appeared more than two times.

What could be a good function for this?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.
