I'm trying to get this formula to work. No luck so far...

When I go over it, the display window seems to understand the formula but it still won't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe replacing semicolon with comma will do the trick?

Thanks a lot Jonmo1 that did the trick.
Alkey for some reason my excel works with semicolons and not commas.
