Index and Match function not working

the problem lies in sheet "5" where the function I inputed is not working correctly.
take for example, I expect the function to return the value in T8 of "spot" in C1 of "5" which should be 1.2698 but an N/A was returned instead.
Could someone take a look and see what is the problem?

you need an exact match so that part ought to be
MATCH(portfolio!C2,spot!$B$7:$AW$7,0)
