Consistant weight when averaging cells out of different total

I recently found a great excel sheet that has been formatted to show averages and and convert into percentages.
My problem is when I check the average it does not weigh everything the same. My project out of 4 (point rubric) is worth far less than my test out of 50. It automatically puts it into a percentage and then a letter grade, but is there a way to code it so that each cell/column/assignment are all weighed the same?
    Thanks

Do you have a workbook that you can upload that demonstrates your problem and the solution desired?

This is the sheet I'm working with Marksheet
I can can't figure out how to make all assignments weighed the same, even if they are out of different marks.

If you would place your attachment on the forum here it would be easier to get too. This attachment takes me to Google docs and requires a log in.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
