Making a Dynamic Invoice That looks up a value and returns multiple corresponding values

I have an Invoice worksheet that looks up a value and returns multiple corresponding values.

This part works perfectly, but I have not succeeded in breaking the invoice sheet into sections with different values to lookup.

I have tried a few thinks, but all I could achieve is for it to look at the last value in my lookup column.

It may be that I am going the wrong way about it. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

I meant to say that what I had made would make each sections lookup, lookup the last lookup value, and ignore the ones before.
