Question Pulling dates from one sheet into another sheets formula - end calculations in-correct.

    Hi All,

So I've inherited this excel sheet that allows sales forecasts that has some complex (to me at least) forumula's to calculate the amount of days a contractor has worked within a given month and calculate the company profits based on their margin.

I have attached the file below but basically the problems are as follows: -

1.) Column N in the "Detail" sheet has no calculation for contractors, only permanent staff - I've tried copying the caluclation across from a later month but it's flawed already.
2.) Column X, Row 11 in the "Detail" sheet has calculated an in-correct value, it should only be calculating based on the 14 possible working days due to the finish date but instead calculates the whole month (22 possible working days).
3.) Furthermore a change of Row 12 Finish date from 1/10/13 to anything higher results in a whole month calculation also so something is playing up in it's calculation of how many days to multiply by.

I believe it's something to do with the formula's use of VLOOKUP but I can't figure it out :\

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
