Populating a Master sheet from Data on other work sheets

Hi,

My name is Sandy and I am very new to using Excel, as in setting up my own worksheets. I need to send some data from about 17 worksheets to a Master sheet. Only three values need to transfer, but the formating needs to come as well. For instance, if it has changed from a white cell to a yellow or red cell, it needs to show in the master sheet.

I have worked out how to conditionally format cells but not much else. I have attached a mini version of what I am attempting to do. The only data that needs to come across is Milage reading and Compliance 1 & 2. However the value needs to be taken from the last cell populated in that column.

I am not usre I have explained this well but hope that the example workbook will help you to know what I mean.

Your request is not clear to me.

"Only three values need to transfer" Which ones are the 3 values? Columns T,U and ?
and

"Milage reading and Compliance 1 & 2"
You seem to have copied columns A-H of sheet11 and then blank columns.
And could not find Milage reading as a heading on sheet11.
Need clarification as to which columns will be merged in to master sheet.

Thanks for looking into this for me. And whoops I called Milage, Meter reading. WIll attached a modified spreadsheet. I need the last cell value from N on sheets 11 & 14 to move to J on the master and the values in in T and U to Move to K & L on the Master.

It is unlikly that K & L will move from line 5 but in time, there may be more columns added for new compliancies.

Some of the vehicles do not have compliancies at all but I guessed that if I can learn how to do these ones, I should be able to do the other ones my self!!?? Hoping anyway.

Sandy,
You have headings in row 4 in 1 sheet and in row 5 on another sheet, so not sure which is the correct.
The code also copies the formatting of each cell in to master sheet.
Have a go!

Wow, I have a lot to learn about how to even set up a sample spreadsheet. Thanks for your patience. What I have done now is show what information needs to come across from each spreadsheet to the master, agaisnt the vehicle number. The only thing is the formatting has not come across, that is at least one of the cells in the vehicle spreadsheet has changed to red and I do need that formatting to come across as this is the warning that we are running out of time to service or redo a compliancy.

I have about 17 vehicles but have only shown the spreadsheet for 11 & 14 as I really want to learn how to do the code myself! AT this stage, I am beginning to think that it is going to be a long shot.

Thanks again for your patience and If by chance this is still not clear I think I will have to go back to checking each spreadsheet each day!! Ha Ha.

Sandy,
The code copies all the cells with red which are cell formatted. The code works with on any number of sheets. All you have to do is run it on your actual data and see how the summary appears. I have slightly amended it and have a go.
