Rows with altraing colors

How to make rows with altenating colors, for exmple row 1 red, row 2 blue, row 3 red, row 4 blue, etc?

You can do this using conditional formatting.

How many rows would you want to do this to? If it's 1000's then the method could cause the file to slow down.

Tell us the EXACT range that you want to do this to. Don't just say row 1 to row 10. Be specific. For example: A1:D10.
