    Something is wrong with your data. If you double click into each cell (relevant for your SUMIFS function) your data type corrects itself and then you will get your answer. This has happened to me before, and I'm not sure what causes it. You will also need to change the format for time entries. I used the "37:50:05" time format. I also made changes to your other two formulas. I've attached my changes to this email.

    Your INDEX MATCH formula is an array formula so make sure you do the "ctrl + shift + enter" to get the correct answer.

    When a date is in fact text looking like a date an easy way to convert to correct time is to select the column - Data - Text to Columns - Finish
    Same with time
