match two columns

Hi

I want to match column A with column C, if match found copy value in adjacent column D to column F on the same row as per worksheet example attached.Both part nos. in column A and C are basically same. But if you see row no.17,18,19,20 in column A the same part nosare in Column B in row nos.8,20,7,19 with few differences. I need a match for all part nos. whatever the differences without a #n/a result with any sort of match conditions.

Please let me know the solution if any in VBA or INDEX/MATCH functions in excel.
