    Conditional Formatting is Wrong Color

In my spreadsheet, I've applied Conditional Formatting and it turns the wrong color for the rule that was created. I've even tried to edit the rule by changing the "TYPE" from Number to Percent and it turns different colors, but is still wrong. See attached

Re: Conditional Formatting is Wrong Color

I changed the values you had from 83. 44 and 67.96 to 0.8344 and 0.6796, and it seems to work fine?

Re: Conditional Formatting is Wrong Color

I had problems with some of the rows until I changed the rule for row 3 to Percent like all the other rules. After that the colours seem to work ok.
