Totaling data

I have a list with employees utilization showing payroll vs. billable hours and dollars. One employee could be listed 6 times on the YTD sheet. The YTD total sheet pulls each employee over from each month which has it's own sheet, which has resulted in multiple lines for the same employee. I want to pull each employee name and total each entry for an actual YTD Total. Tried to attach and example but it won't let me. Pasted below is what I'm working with but it doesn't show up well. Gives you an idea though. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
