Assuming that those are valid dates, find and replace wont work.

Type 31 into an empty cell (days between 01.03.2016 and 01.04.2016)

Copy that cell.

Select the range of cells with the dates to change.

Right click - PasteSpecial - Add.

Or, even simpler, just change the first one the old fashioned way, then double click the bottom right corner of the cell and autofill should do the rest.
