Need help to change IF formula

This is the formula I have now in the cell =IF(ISBLANK(B18),0,-120)

Is it possible to change it so =IF(ISBLANK(B18),0,if not blank then I want the user to be able to enter any number between -29 and -121 into the cell)

    Hope I am clear here,

    Thanks,

    JP

The easy answer is no, you can't do that without a macro. In general you can't have user entry in a formula field.

If you provide some more description, we might be able to come up with a solution, though. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
