Okay I have an expense report where the employees choose method pf payment the options are personal card or business card I need the spread sheet to keep separate totals for each, but at the same time show same the total of the whole column.
attached is the current expense report help if you can
where do you want to put the totals for PC and BC
you can use a
SUMIF(P:P, "Personal Card", Q:Q)
SUMIF(P:P, "Company Card", Q:Q)

The sheet is password protected so not sure exactly where you want this. However, I guess you could add a couple cells above the grand total for the payment type sub totals and add them with something like:
