Garbled Text in a Cell

I have created a spin button in my worksheet. When I toggle the button the text(Number) in a cell that displays the result of the toggle shows the previous text prior to the toggle overlaid by the text post the toggle. It appears garbled and when I click on a different section of the worksheet, the text then corrects to being legible again. The 'text I'm referring to above is a the result of a formula in the cell.

How can I fix this problem?

I have attached the sample file that contains the problem.
If you toggle any of the spin buttons in column N, look at the result in C4, C5 and Q3.
The text appears to overlay on the text that was in the cell prior to the toggle.

I would really appreciate any assistance in fixing this.

PeterDavids,

I have played around with your worksheet and see what you are talking about. I have tried to write a code to fix the problem, but nothing I have came up with has worked. It seems to be bug in excel. Evidently, as long as you are spinning the button, it just overlays itself in those three cells. It seems to fix its self when you click on another cell as you mentioned. I see no one else has came up with a solution, so I thought I would at least send you note to not give up hope.
