I think there's a problem with my formula for counting the Unique Ticket numbers
On the 2nd Sheet (it uses the the 1st sheet data as reference), Cell D13 needs to count unique open and update tickets in status and excluding those tickets that have been tagged as "resolved". Part of criteria needs to be tickets that are Assigned only to "Level 1" within the given start date and end date.
Cell D14 needs to count unique number of tickets that have "YES" in SLA Failed Tickets
D13 should give the answer = 0
D14 should give the answer = 1
Note: Ticket B is the only one being counted here.. as it is the only one that is assigned to "Level 1"
