How to use sumif and advoid duplicate ids

I'm struggling with a sumif function. For example,

Organization ID Sale
Cenry Foam 20007 50
Google 20007 0


This is my sumif function

My actual result when using sumif is

Organization ID Sale
Cenry Foam 20007 50
Google 20007 50

Use SUMIFS (yes with the 's' ) instead of SUMIF
