    Formula needed for report

    Good Morning to all,

I am hoping somone can help me on the below issue as I am completely stuck as to what to do. I know what is needed but not sure how to get it into a formula.

I have a monthly report which I have attached a sample (real names etc changed). What I need to do:

. column A shows the ID number of the case - this can be multiple lines long. If one person ((Column B) worked on a case there will be one entry for the ID if 10 people worked on the same case there will be 10 entries - 1 per person
. Column D shows how many relevant actions the person in column B made on that case
. Column E shows the customers feedback score for the case ID

What I need is a function or button or somehting (sorry I'm not sure of the best solution) to look at column A and pick out each case ID and then feedback which person in column B made the most actions, and also to show the customer feedback score. So in the attached file for example the first 7 lines are for the same case. If we then look at column D we can see dave and gunther both had the same amount of actions on that case so the output should be : Case Id, name/names of the highest acts and the satisfaction score.

    Any idea ?

    Kind Regards

    Gunther
