Formula for Customer Segmentation

Hi,

I am trying to do some customer segmentation work. Please see attached file.

I have different critera, as shown in cells b1 to b10 and within each criteria, different options. Based on the combinations of all options using all criteria, there are 288 possible combinations. I want to list all these combinations in a row as shown in E12. I was wondering, what would be the fastest way to achieve this? Pivot Tables? If Pivot tables, how do I go about this, as I have very little experience of working with Pivot tables.

Ideally, once the data is produced, I would like to be able to alter these options and criteria, so the data can auto-update.

Just to add,

If I can achieve stage 1 only, i.e. just listing out all possible combinations (but in different columns), that would also suffice.

I still wonder if there is a non-macro alternative for this or an add-in that can help with this?

Not sure how you would do it without a macro, as you need to loop through all the possibilities.
