Wrong result displaying using IFERROR-INDEX-MATCH-ROW Formula

Dear Sir,

I have enclosed here one in attachment and another a link for your kind perusal two workbook.First Workbook as enclosed in attachment in which the formula is correct.Second Workbook shown in link given namely-Formula for 5 lacs in which the same formula I have tried in column B5 but that formula does not work with the same data which is in First workbook as enclosed in attachment.Can you help me what's wrong in the formula.
Kindly rectify the formula that is in B5 without any changes in any other column formula.

Instead of ROW($A3) use ROWS(A$3:A3)
