Didn't know how to classify this problem in a subject:

I created a pivot for Item, Open Qty, & Earliest Due Date from an IQY file where each item has multiple due dates and multiple PO dates. The data is reported to buyers and tells them the remaining balance across all PO's to be delivered and also the next delivery date of each item. They requested that I report the PO number as well.

Problem: My table is set up |Item|Qty Open|Min of Due Date| .... I want to Show the PO Number on the same row as the Item and Earliest Due Date and report it as Column D

Click on your pivot table, design tab, report layout, show in tabular form.

That's closer, but I don't want to see the future PO deliveries and numbers, I have that info in the raw data... I just want to see which PO has the earliest due date.

you can drop the date as a row and sort it by date.
