Whats the best equation to work an average for for a tally chart

So I am trying fill in the average column.
so for example abingdon
there are is 1 rating of one star, 1 rating of 2 star and 7 rating of 5 stars.
What is the average.

The star totals are linked with another tab that tallys them up then puts them in this table so the amount of ratings will change.
Whats the best formula to use?

You probably need weighted averages. Hence use,

=SUMPRODUCT($A$1:$E$1,A2:E2)
