return 100% or 0% if criteria is met in a series of columns

I am trying to create a formula in excel 2010 that will return 100% in column C if column A has any value in it and column B has a check mark. If this is not met then I want it to return 0% in Column C. Can someone please help?

Check mark? Is this a form control or active X control?

Post a sample data set because I dont think you can grab the properties of the controls, but we can identify what it is doing and possibly piggyback off THAT.
