    Vlookup Help I think

Hello I hope someone can help me out. I working on combining data and I need you help. I will try to explain this the best I can. I'm very new to excel formula's.

On the attached spreadsheet I will have data coming in like in columns A to E with rows 2 to 103. This data will change from project to. I need to combine all the data as shown in H1 to J1 and down. I tried vlookup and it only finds one and as you can see I have the same several with the same numbers.

    Thanks
    Mark

What about getting one of each of the mach code numbers from smallest to largest? 210, 310, and etc in the H column.

That's good idea but I was looking for something a little more automatic then a pivot table.
