Formula for Income Tax Calculation

Dear Sir,
I stumbled into a problem as how to get the formula regarding tax calculation on income.Pls find enclosed in attachment my excel file where I have shown Income Range in Column B & Tax Rate in column C and I want tax to be calculated in C8 & C9 based on the income of B8 & B9 based on this Income range & Tax Rate.

Thanks for your prompt reply.Mistakely,I have attached wrong excel sheet.Pls find revised excel sheet & do the needful.In earlier file it was missing many things for the criteria.

No sir, slight criteria of Income Slab in previous attached excel workbook it was missing.Above is revised workbook.

Sorry, I don't see the difference...
if you talking about changing 200001-300000 to just 200001 I did that so VLOOKUP function can work.
