multisheet lookup and sales calculation

Hi Everyone
I have a multisheet workbook in which there are three problems,,
1) Sum Total sale of Jan for Henry with using sumif and also for other, I want to use only one formula which I can drag for other results

2)When I put any mached number from six worksheets in A2 then display the Name in ROW B and ROW C display the Sales with simplest formula
and

3) when i put the name like "Henry" calculate all sales for Henry from all sheets

with use of vba it is simple but i am not using vba.
so please help me this problem with using any formula.

If it is that simple, why not use it.

If it is that simple, why use the formula (which is difficult for you, otherwise you don't asked the question).

It is easy for you because you know VBA but i do not know VBA.
I use only formulas and function, so please help if you can do this
