Excel Newbie - Need help with sorting price sheets and combining prices

I need to check for new products and update prices on a website.

I have 3 spreadsheets that need to be combined/compared:

1. An updated price sheet from a supplier with multiple versions of each item listed, each with a different color option and whole price.

2. A sheet with extracted data from zencart which lists the BASE products and the old BASE price.

I think I first need to combine the base products prices and the color options prices to make up a sheet with a similar layout to the suppliers new sheet.
I have no idea how to go about this, as the base product is only listed once in its sheet.

I then need to compare the old data to the new data to find price updates and new products (Im guessing using vlookup).
