Post Need to compare two sets of columns and then automatically return value in 5th column

    Hi all,

I am trying to compare two sets of column like two Names and two Roll No coulmns and if they match I want a particualr value in fifth column like :

    If Name1 = Name 2
    and
if Roll No 1 = Roll No 2
    then
    Column C = Matched

I am not much into writing macros or using formula and I have been given tedious task of comparing the sheets.
Can anyone help me in reducing my task.

    Sandy
