How to find rank for two different criteris?

Can you help me to find rank. My intention is to give rank/position who passed only. Not to give rank/position to the who fail.

Please post the xls.

Also, what are you asking... for a formula for the "rank" column based on the value in the "Result" column"? What do you want in the "rank" column.. a number, some text?

A better set of requirements would help us to help you.

In result column, there are "PASS" and "FAIL". And i want to find our Position in the class but I do not want to give rank for "FAIL" candidate. so for that i need formula for "rank"
