To put in Top 10 order then copy / paste the cells belongs to

    Hello everyone,

For a better review of my indicators chart, i need to put the items in the Top 10 order( 10 is enough).
I'll joint you the file, the 1st sheet "PPMRank" got all the data and formulas. so i need to put into another sheet "Review" in certains order.
it's easy to copy and paste manually. But i need some formula to programme the copie paste.

The desired result is in yellow (in sheet "Review").

    Thank you.

    Additional information on the problem:
The formula i used for to get the top ten, i don't work properly,
Once he find PPM = 100%, he copie the code belong to PPM, but if any others Codes is also got 100%: it doesn't show the code. it still got the first code.

Thank you if anyone can find the error in the formula!
