Trying to match up cells in a large excel file

Hello! I'm in desperate need of some help for my internship. I have a big spreadsheet of real estate contacts that were laid out in an excel spreadsheet like you can see in the photo I attached. I need to put the FIRST NAME LAST NAME cell in one column, and the emails in another, matched up, row by row.
As you can see, the rows do not line up perfectly because some contacts have certain rows. There may be no way to do this, but if you can help me, I will send all the good vibes I can muster your way!! You will have excellent karma! You chakras will be really really aligned!!

(It would be even better if I could separate the first names from the last names (if that's possible), and also put the phone numbers in another column, but that may be a bit greedy)

A picture is no use - attach a sample Excel workbook instead, and indicate your desired output (maybe in a separate sheet).
