combine the contents of several cells into one cell.

Hello guys
i have attached file where i have data on sheet1 with Name, Nationality etc. on sheet2 i have A1, B1, C1 so one i want on sheet2 bring all the data related A1 should bring the name in one cell. more clearly i want on sheet2 in cell A1 - enter a formula which go to Sheet1 and search for C1 in column E and wherever it match, it bring Name of all the employee who achieve C1 in one cell on sheet2 in A1.

on sheet2 in cell A1 - i need a header called A1 and form cell A2 it'll start bringing all the employee names who has A1 in grade on sheet1 and so on for rest of the grades but it should get update once we add more data on sheet1..
