Conditional formatting with combo box

Hi everyone,

I have a combo box with the below list inside, I have a single cell that will display the results of whatever I choose in the list I click on, the following formula is in this cell(

The problem i am having is that i want to conditional format the cell that displays the values to white if blank, Green if 0, and red if more than zero, i think the problem i am having here is because of the multiple formats that can be displayed in the cell.

No Of Quarantined Incidents
No Of Units Quarantined
No Of Bins Quarantined
Total Cost Quarantined
Average Units Per Incident
Average Bins Per Incident
Average Cost Per Incident

To attach a Workbook
(please do not post pictures of worksheets)

• Click Advanced (next to quick post),
• Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
• Click that then select "add files" (top right corner).
• Click "Select Files" find your file, click "open" click "upload"
• Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
• Click "Done" at bottom right to close the Attachment Manager.
• Click "Submit Reply"

O.K., on re-read, it seems that you have only two types of entries:
Total/Average cost in pounds (£) formatted as text or,
Number of... in digits formatted as text. Therefore, try:

Red Fill formula

I.e. just replace any "£" with nothing and convert the remaining textstring to a number to test.
