Conditional Formatting - Format one cell based off of text from other cells

New guy here, thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to get a cell formatted for color, based off if the text matches a range of cells from another worksheet.

Example:

Cells A2:A6 in sheet Results are as follows:
ARI
IND
BAL
SD
NYJ
OAK

I want cell B2 in sheet Picks to be filled in Green if any of the choices from A2:A6 are there. If not, it should be filled in red.

Any ideas? Is there one formula that can encompass all the choices or to I have to have one rule per possible result?

You could also just color the cells red, and just use 1 CF rule to change them green?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
